Palak Gosht – Instant Pot Method

Homey, healthy, tangy Palak Gosht.

Makes 8-10 servings



  1. Turn Instant Pot on sauté (normal) setting, add 1 Tbs. olive oil and sauté beef or lamb until no longer pink on the outside, about 5 mins.
  2. Add Niwala Palak Gosht Organic Spice Blend, tomato, and salt and sauté for 1 minute more.
  3. Add spinach, 1 cup water, and pressure cook on high for 20 minutes.
  4. Release pressure, open lid, add remaining 1 Tbs. oil, and sauté for another 10 minutes, or until most of the water has evaporated.
  5. Serve with rice or naan.
