Homey, healthy, tangy Palak Gosht.
Makes 8-10 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1 lb. stew beef or lamb cut into 1 1/2” cubes
- 1 Tbs. Niwala Palak Gosht Organic Spice Blend
- 1 Roma tomato, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt (to taste)
- 24 oz. frozen spinach
Directions:
- Turn Instant Pot on sauté (normal) setting, add 1 Tbs. olive oil and sauté beef or lamb until no longer pink on the outside, about 5 mins.
- Add Niwala Palak Gosht Organic Spice Blend, tomato, and salt and sauté for 1 minute more.
- Add spinach, 1 cup water, and pressure cook on high for 20 minutes.
- Release pressure, open lid, add remaining 1 Tbs. oil, and sauté for another 10 minutes, or until most of the water has evaporated.
- Serve with rice or naan.
